Platform: the safecheck.fr website and all its services

Business Provider (Seller): user who publishes qualified leads on the platform

Installer (Buyer): energy renovation professional who buys qualified leads

Qualified Lead: commercial opportunity published on the platform, corresponding to an end customer who has expressed a need for energy renovation

Transaction: purchase of a qualified lead by an installer via the platform

Registration is free and open to professionals. To access the platform's features, the user must:

• Create an account with a valid email address
• Complete their profile (personal and professional information)
• Provide verification documents (KYC): ID, KBIS (if applicable), selfie
• Await profile validation by the SafeCheck team

The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any access using their credentials is deemed to have been made by them.

4.1 Publication (Business Providers)

Business providers publish qualified leads by entering client information (name, phone, address), work category, department, and price. Client contact details are hidden until purchase.

4.2 Purchase (Installers)

Installers browse available clients on the marketplace, filter according to their criteria, and proceed with the purchase via a secure payment. After payment, the client's contact details are unlocked.

4.3 SafeCheck Verification

SafeCheck implements verification processes aimed at improving the reliability of opportunities. Verification does not constitute a guarantee of commercial outcome.

Subscriptions: several plans available (Basic / Premium) depending on the role (Business Provider, Installer, Subcontractor). Up-to-date prices are displayed on the subscription page.

Commitment: 12 months or no commitment (surcharge). Cancellable at any time under the specified conditions.

Commission per transaction: 15% of the sale amount for the Basic plan, 10% for the Premium plan (deducted from the seller's share).

SafeCheck collects the commission applicable to the seller's plan at the time of sale.

The buyer has 48 hours after purchase to dispute a transaction. Only one dispute is allowed per transaction.

Eligible reasons for refund:

• Invalid or non-existent phone number
• SafeCheck duplicate (same client sold multiple times)
• Lack of technical proof
• Fraud detected

Ineligible reasons for refund:

• The client does not respond
• The client is not interested
• The client finds the quote too expensive
• The project is too far in the future

Grey areas (subject to analysis):

If the client denies having made the request, SafeCheck proceeds with a verification of evidence before making a decision.

Each user agrees to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Not publish fake clients or fraudulent information
• Not bypass the platform's payment system
• Respect the confidentiality of client contact details
• Not use the platform for illegal purposes or purposes contrary to public morality
• Not attempt to manipulate the rating system
